(Intro) My group’s name is the “Mixing Bowl” and it is includes Logan Christensen, Naz Folston, Sophie Irakoze, and Lexy Allman. (Climate) Team members in the "Mixing Bowl" feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and trusting that their coworkers are there to support them when needed. Having a positive, respectful, and safe work environment is the key to creating a healthy team climate. This is how it felt during the completion of our Final Project Paper and Presentation.
